Lifelink

Lifelink offers a range of stress services for adults and young people in communities and schools across Glasgow City.

Lifelink provides support for adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression as well as other personal issues related to relationships, bereavement, addictions and debt.

Lifelink Youth works with young people aged from 11 to 18 to help them develop the emotional tools and capabilities to deal with life challenges.
